Tell us a little about your business and the support you need. We provide risk assessments, policy documents, workplace audits, inspections and retained competent person support across Tyne and Wear, County Durham, Teesside and Northumberland.

Craig responds personally to enquiries, usually within one working day. If the work is outside our scope, we will tell you honestly.

When you get in touch, here’s what to expect:

1. You’ll hear back from Craig personally — not an assistant or an automated reply — usually within one business day.
2. We’ll have a short call (or exchange emails if you prefer) to understand what you need.
3. You’ll receive a clear quote with no hidden extras. If the job isn’t right for us, we’ll tell you honestly rather than taking it on and doing it badly.
4. Once you confirm, we’ll agree a start date and get on with it.
