Standard licence summary

Are these official HSE forms?

No. They are NEHS documents independently developed and reviewed against relevant authoritative guidance. They are not produced, approved or endorsed by the Health and Safety Executive.

Which geographical area do they cover?

The primary occupational health and safety scope is Great Britain. Fire-related material uses the England and Wales framework. Scotland and Northern Ireland require location-specific review, and Northern Ireland has separate occupational safety legislation and enforcement.

Can I use the templates for more than one business?

The standard licence covers one purchasing organisation. It does not permit resale, redistribution or repeated use for unrelated clients. Contact NEHS if you need a group-company, consultant or multi-client licence.

Will I receive future updates?

Your purchase covers the version available on the purchase date. Future revised editions may be sold separately. We may issue corrections where necessary, but the purchase does not include an ongoing update subscription.
