References to “we”, “us” or “the Consultant” mean North East Health and Safety.
References to “you” or “the Client” mean the purchaser of the product.

2. Products Supplied

2.1 All products sold through this website are digital downloads, including templates, example documents, forms, and compliance packs.

2.2 No physical goods will be supplied.

2.3 Access to purchased documents is provided electronically following successful payment.

3. Nature of Documents (Important)

  • Properly implemented
  • Regularly reviewed

5. No Professional Advice Provided

5.1 Purchase of templates does not constitute consultancy services.

5.2 No site-specific advice, risk assessment, or professional judgement is provided as part of the download.

5.3 Where tailored or compliant documentation is required, this must be arranged separately as a bespoke service.

6. Intellectual Property
